Our Year at The Fahm or, Blessed are the Cracked for They Shall Let in the Light
Our Year at The Fahm is a lively memoir of the transitions, tribulations and triumphs encountered when long time urbanites Sara and Rajinder (and their three cats), forced by the economic crash of late 2008 to relocate from their home in Northern California to a run-down 45 acre family farm in rural New England. Domestic chaos ensues when they are faced with an obstinate furnace, a missing kitchen stove, extreme weather, mouse invasions, killer cats, and forced absences.
The First Ride
“The First Ride” tells the story of author’s foolhardy and ill-conceived journey on a motorcycle through seven countries. New to motorcycles, he struggles to stay in the saddle and suffers from multiple misadventures on a wild ride through Central America, from the United States to Panama.
